The Opportunity:

 

Are you someone who enjoys optimizing supply chain processes to enhance customer satisfaction? Are you adept at providing consistent short- and medium-term finite capacity-constrained production plans in accordance with the availability of resources?  If so, we want you to be part of our dynamic team!

 

You’re good at:

 

  • Implementing detailed supply plans driven by sales forecasts, ensuring level-loading on constrained resources within current manufacturing and operation systems.
  • Creating, confirming, and issuing jobs based on available resources
  • Responding promptly to unexpected stock-outs or forecast changes
  • Interacting with stakeholders to gather input and feedback that will allow the team to adapt to strategy and ensure a satisfactory outcome to all
  • Providing timely updates to internal stakeholders, related to supply changes, constraints and product availability
  • Generating supply plans to focus on service level targets
  • Collaborating with cross functional teams to resolve issues related to supply chain while also looking out for opportunities related to continuous improvement
  • Following and adhering to SOPs and GMP requirements

 

What you have:

  • Completion of a Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain or other related field
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in supply chain
  • Demonstrated knowledge of elements of supply chain in a diversified manufacturing environment.
  • Excellent planning and time management skills
  • Experience with MRP systems, preferably with Syspro
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, SharePoint and Outlook
  • APICS or equivalent Operating Management Certification (an asset)
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
