Job Description:


The Plant Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for the general maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of all production equipment and training while promoting a safe working environment.


Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Accountable for the maintenance of all ice production and packaging equipment as well as building infrastructure.
  • Leads team in the operation all ice production equipment.
  • Maintains and schedules preventative maintenance on all plant and building equipment.
  • Oversees the safety training of the production department and implementation of new procedures.
  • Adopts and adheres to all applicable health and safety regulations, both legislatively mandated and as outlined in company policy.
  • Trains employees on the operation of equipment.

Candidate Qualifications:

  • Experience with Industrial Ammonia Refrigeration a plus.
  • Minimum 3 years of mechanical experiences in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the food industry.
  • Electrical troubleshooting and wiring experience.
  • Must possess and maintain a valid Driver’s License.
  • Comfortable working independently as well as in a team setting.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule.
