Fresh Prep is Vancouver’s homegrown meal kit delivery service. We help people throughout B.C. make world-class dinners with fresh, pre-cut and pre-portioned ingredients along with an extended menu of over 100 add-ons from local suppliers delivered weekly to your door.

What You'll Be Doing


  • Validating and ensuring inventory data is accurate and reflected properly in the WMS

  • Trains and corrects cycle count practices performed by the team

  • Proactively flags inventory discrepancies and follows up with an investigation to determine the root cause of discrepancies

  • Ensures pick lists are generated in a timely manner for receiving and production needs

  • FIFO rotation is being adhered to based on shelf life

  • Working closely with the purchasing team to ensure that inventory is correct and up to date with what has been noted

  • Investigations on top up requests as requested by purchasing or the warehouse team.


What We Are Looking For


  • Have 1+ years of experience in a similar position and have sound knowledge of inventory processes and procedures.

  • Understand the importance of details. You don’t sweat the small stuff and thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.

  • You are team-oriented. You understand the importance of a positive attitude, you are always seeking personal and professional growth and you are always there to lend a hand.

  • You have a good eye for detail, and advanced problem-solving skills.

  • WMS, MRP and/or ERP experience is preferred

  • Experience experience in a warehouse operation is preferred

  • Ability to train and coach others is preferred

  • WMS, MRP and/or ERP experience is preferred
