Fresh Prep is a revolutionary meal kit delivery service headquartered in Vancouver, BC. We help people throughout the Greater Vancouver and Calgary areas to make world-class dinners with fresh, pre-cut and pre-portioned ingredients along with an extended menu of over 100 add-ons from local suppliers delivered weekly to your door.
From sourcing quality local goods, to delivering in reusable, recyclable and compostable packaging, we believe it’s possible to make convenient eating healthy and sustainable for the community we live in.

What You'll Be Doing
Responsible for setting the master and detailed production schedules for multiple production departments
Fully accountable for ensuring production plans allow for budget and KPI performance to be achievable
Responsible for overseeing the planning of all production operations, including labour scheduling, material flow synchronization, line optimization and contingency plans
Annual forecasting of production capacity, storage capacity, and labour needs
Facilitation of production schedules and adjusting schedules based on Supervisor needs/buy-in
Creating and/or making adjustments to production scheduling tools
Prepare and submit status and performance reports
What We Are Looking For
Minimum 3 years experience in production planning and scheduling of resources
Minimum 3 years experience managing productivity, efficiency, and/or process improvement in a manufacturing setting. Food manufacturing is preferred but not required
Minimum 3 years experience working with ERP and/or MRP systems
Automated processing, production and/or packaging line experience preferred, but not required
Exposure to Lean Manufacturing production environments is considered an asset, but not required
