Job Duties:

Working closely with VP of Sales to help execute corporate strategies across all channels
Working alongside our National Sales Managers & Strategic Account Managers, ensuring sales plans are coordinates customer contracts, renewals and new account set ups Working cross functionally with departments such as Marketing to launch eblasts and product with PIM/Portals, Finance for RMA/customer credits, and with Supply/Logistics for customer shipments.
Manages Inside Sales Account Specialist and Sales Enablement Specialists setting clear targets, goals and expectations
Ensuring customer service levels (SLAs) are being met/exceeded
Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success 
Develop positive relationships with clients 
Act as the point of contact and handle customers’ individual needs 
Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner 
Supervise Inside Sales Specialists to ensure sales increase 
Report on the status of accounts and transactions 
Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives 
Leverage CRM & ERP system to update customer orders/inquiries
Monitor sales metrics (e.g. weekly & monthly sales results against target) 
Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
Train Inside Sales Specialist on best selling tactics & customer service response


Qualifications/Skills Required:

5 years’ experience in an Inside Sales Management role, preferably within a similar industry.
Demonstrated ability to drive team performance within a customer-centric sales environment
Adaptability within a fast-paced, changing work environment
Experience working with CRM (SAP)
Demonstrated leadership abilities and team building skills
Proven track record to coach and motivate a team
Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills
