Groupe Marcelle is currently looking for a Senior Business Partner, Human Resources for a permanent full-time position.

 

Reporting to the Senior Director, Human Resources, the Senior Business Partner, Human Resources works in collaboration with the Sales and Marketing team and acts as an expert in human resources management, supporting and advising managers in the development of HR plans. She/he also participates in the development, implementation, deployment and maintenance of resource programs and processes.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE

  • Effectively provide front-line HR support to meet the needs of Sales & Marketing employees and managers on all HR-related issues.
  • Establish a strong, proactive and flexible business relationship with managers in order to fully understand their issues and challenges and propose customized HR solutions.
  • Provide guidance, support and coaching to managers in change management, performance management, talent and succession management, skills development, compensation management, etc.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures and participate in the development of new HR programs and policies, and in the review and improvement of HR processes.
  • Support managers in the development of their teams, analyze needs, identify priorities, and recommend training and development solutions based on objectives.
  • Develop and maintain the training program via our Dayforce platform.
  • Build and deliver in-house leadership development training.
  • Advise and support managers in the development, implementation and follow-up of various organizational development mandates.
  • Collaborate on structural changes and provide change management support.
  • Analyze HR performance indicators for client groups (HR dashboard) and act as a consultant to managers in order to target required improvements in human resources management.
  • Keep up to date with regulations, best practices, and innovative HR strategies on the market, in order to design adapted and innovative solutions.

WE WOULD LIKE TO MEET YOU IF YOU HAVE

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources management or industrial relations.
  • Minimum 7 years' experience in a generalist or HR Business Partner role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  • Strong ability to manage and prioritize several files in parallel.
  • Good interpersonal skills at all levels.
  • Coaching skills.
  • Good knowledge of Quebec and Canadian labour laws.
  • Member of the Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agréés du Québec (strong asset). 

AND IF YOU ARE

  • Bilingual, French and English, both written and spoken, as you will be providing support to managers in Quebec and Ontario.
  • Customer service oriented.

  • Analytical and problem-solving.
  • Team-oriented.
