Department:  Gateway – Partner Success               

Reports to:  ManagerPartner Success

The role of the Partner Success Team within Gateway is to focus on partner onboarding, engagement, and working in collaboration with other teams within Gateway. The Partner Success Coordinator is an integral role within Gateway as this individual will be directly involved with seeking, onboarding, and supporting partnersThis role will focus on ensuring that all activities related to the onboarding and maintaining partners are effectively implemented.  


Specialized Duties (70%)  


  • Support the Partner Portal and work directly with the Gateway Systems team to ensure partners are given appropriate access to the Portal  
  • Actively ensure that all newcomer serving agencies are engaged with the Partner Portal  
  • Engage ISC staff to ensure the necessary teams are involved within process and workflow related to Gateway  
  • Collect and escalate Partner Portal feedback brought forward by ISC staff and external partners  
  • Coordinate, organize, and provide support in planning upcoming Gateway trainings and info sessions, placing particular focus on engaging the right agencies  
  • Manage and update partner pipeline for upcoming Gateway Rounds 
  • Work directly with the Training Specialist to conduct Partner Portal Trainings  
  • Work with the Gateway Systems team and Training Specialist to create and update a platform of resources for all Gateway Partners  
  • Develop a Welcome Orientation package for newcomers, consisting of live workshops and virtual resources 
  • Work with communications team to ensure the Gateway website is up to date 
  • Send out Gateway newsletters in collaboration with the Communications team 
  • Support in preparation of partner engagement presentations 
  • Work with Partner Success Manager on other identified tasks related to partner engagement 


Administrative Duties (30%) 


  • Project Management of tasks related to partner engagement  
  • Responsible for managing Partner Profiles in digital database  
  • Timely follow-up to all partner related inquiries  
  • Responsible for completing funder reports related to partner engagement 



  • Undergraduate degree in a relevant field of HR, Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Public Relations, Social Sciences, etc.   
  • Relevant education and experience with stakeholder engagement 
  • Previous experience with administrative duties 
  • Exemplary interpersonal, written, and oral communications skills 
  • Previous change management experience considered an asset 
  • Multicultural awareness and sensitivity 
  • Flexible and goal driven 
  • Meticulous attention to detail 
  • Advanced technical knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, computer skills and understanding of data and analytics 
  • Availability to work up to two evenings per week and occasional weekends
