Labourer - Night Shift

To support the on-going growth of our business, we are currently seeking a highly motivated, energetic, and safety-oriented Night Shift Labourers to join our team. This position will be responsible for performing various duties within the warehouse and all applicants must have their own CSA approved steel toe work boots and a hard hat.
The shift hours are Monday to Thursday, 7:00 pm to 6:30 am and starting wage is $18.00 per hour, plus a $1.25 per hour shift differential.
General plant housekeeping
including sweeping, keeping walkways and floors free of slip and trip hazards,
removal of waste materials and other fire hazards from work areas
Assist with spotting for
trucks and heavy equipment
Manually load and unload
materials to and from conveyor belts
Assist with equipment
Assist with other yard
activities as required to optimize and support production activities
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills
Organizational and time management abilities
Results-oriented team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively
Ability to actively listen and use creativity to solve problems
Ability to recognize the environmental factors and risks that enable and support safety in the workplace

Education and Experience
one (1) year of related experience, ideally in a Manufacturing/Production
job training, to include different materials, areas and customer service, will
