JOB DESCRIPTION

We are currently looking for our future Parts and Sales Administrator for Canada, based in our site in Richmond Hill, ON.

Being part of the Projects & Services Department under the Spare Parts Division, you will facilitate spare parts sales by precisely identifying urgent needs of the customers and ensure the orders are fulfilled as per the requests of  the customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Contribute to the satisfaction of our North American customers, by respecting the quality, cost and deadline criteria
• Provide initial support to the customers (information, deadline);
• Draft / create proposals;
• Process orders from Canada and USA customers, ensure order details are accurate (billing/delivery address, quantity, amounts, incoterms);
• Manage customer emergencies and follow through the whole process till satisfaction
• Provide constant updates to the customers on their order status ;
• Track orders on a regular basis and keep customers informed regarding anticipated supplier delays;
• Maintain constant communications with the logistics department to identify delays in delivery and keep organized documentation
• Perform administrative task

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• You have experience in a similar position;
• You are recognized for being responsive,  flexible and adaptive ;
• You are customer service centered.
• You are fluent in French and English, both orally and in writing.
