We are currently recruiting an energetic and highly motivated sales professional with an established network of relationships within the industry to fill the role of Account Manager for our CASE group.


We are looking for someone who brings passion, personality and the drive and diligence we need to serve our customers. The role involves regular travel within the assigned region to promote Quadra's products and services. This includes developing and implementing a team-driven strategic business plan based on a solid understanding of industry trends and customer needs.


The ideal candidate will bring strong professional sales experience to maintain a territory with a strong focus on new business development and is interested in a long-term career in professional sales.


Responsibilities include:

  • Develop sales with new and existing customers in addition to maintaining existing customers in the sales territory
  • Manage key customer relationships in accordance with Quadra's core values and strategic vision
  • Meet or exceed annual sales and margin targets
  • Develop and utilize internal and external resources, leveraging Quadra's reputation for service excellence
  • Sell Quadra's superior product line to potential customers through routine customer visits, joint calls and participation in industry events
  • Assist with customer troubleshooting and optimization opportunities
  • Adapt to a complex and rapidly changing environment
  • Manage tight deadlines and deal with emergencies outside of business hours.
  • Qualify key decision makers and their needs
  • Close new business by coordinating requirements, developing and negotiating contracts, incorporating contractual requirements
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key decision makers and influencers to obtain repeat and new sales
  • Cold call potential customers
  • Weekly reporting and scheduling

Job Requirements:

  • College degree in science (chemistry, biochemistry, biology, or related fields)
  • At least 5 years experience in sales, territory management, business to business
  • Advanced skills with Office tools and knowledge of a CRM (Salesforce)
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial and able to work independently
  • Excellent ability to work in a dynamic and changing environment while managing tight deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • When safe and reasonable, a willingness to travel up to 40% of the time
  • Possess a valid driver's license
