Communications Coordinator - Creative Strategy

The Communications Coordinator will play an important role in supporting all internal and external marketing and communications efforts, including:

• Managing and uploading content for our network of digital signs,

• Responding to and coordinating branch and department requests,

• Managing and maintaining our photo archives,

• Gathering content for our social media accounts,

• Taking candid photos and video content,

• Assisting with content and updates for our intranet and external websites,

• Updating and reviewing our email lists and NPS survey results,

• Assisting with employee recognition initiatives, including gifts, internal posts, events, and more,

• Coordinating branch and department print orders, and

• Other tasks to support the department as required.

As a member of the creative strategy team, helping with campaign development, community investment initiatives, and communication strategies will also be a big part of the job. We’re looking for someone with outstanding organizational and communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the desire to work in a fast paced, deadline-oriented, creative environment.

Salary range: $35,422 – $43,409
